Applicant database
Applicant records are YAML files under applicants/. That directory is the database. Generated resume pages under content/applicants/ (except _index.md) are built from those files. Do not edit the generated pages.
Add an applicant
Create applicants/<id>.yaml. <id> must be a lowercase hyphenated slug and must match the id field.

Markdown resume body. This becomes the public resume page.
Required fields: id, name, title, summary, resume.
Optional: location, status (open, interviewing, hired, archived; default open), applied (date), skills, links. Email addresses are not rendered even if you add them later.
Sync
python3 scripts/sync-applicants.py
rsites serve
Search uses the generated Markdown, so the header search box (Alt+/) indexes resume text after a sync and rebuild. The Applicants page filters cards from static/applicants.json.
